Refund Policy for Grasshopper OEM Part

Order Placement & Acknowledgment

  • When placing an order on Grasshopper OEM Part, you acknowledge that some items may not be immediately in stock and may require a delivery time of 2-12 business days.

Cancellation Period

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment.

Cancellation After 24 Hours

  • After the 24-hour period, orders may still be canceled if they have not shipped within 12 days from the order date.

Cancellation Process

  • To cancel an order, please contact customer support at 1-888-993-9326 with your order number. Our team will verify the status and assist you with the cancellation.

Refund Process

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Typographical Errors

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product was listed with an incorrect price due to typographical errors. If your payment was already processed, we will issue a refund for the amount charged.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
